All content, analysis, strategy breakdowns, coaching responses, and any other output generated by TradeIQ ("Content") is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, option, or other financial instrument.
TradeIQ is not registered as an investment advisor with the SEC, CFTC, or any state or federal regulatory authority. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any trading or investment decision.
All content, features, functionality, strategies, code, designs, and materials on TradeIQ — including but not limited to the 25 built-in strategies, the AI coaching system, the Strategy Lab, the Jargon Breaker, and all associated text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive intellectual property of TradeIQ and its owner, protected by U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
"TradeIQ" and "Know Your Edge" are trademarks of their respective owner. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
When you create strategies using the Strategy Builder or share content to the Community tab, you retain ownership of the underlying ideas. However, by submitting content to TradeIQ, you grant TradeIQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content within the platform. TradeIQ does not claim ownership of your personal trade journal data or performance records.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You acknowledge that: (a) you are solely responsible for all trading decisions; (b) past performance does not guarantee future results; (c) AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete; and (d) TradeIQ bears no liability for any trading losses incurred.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeIQ and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any trading losses. Your use of TradeIQ is entirely at your own risk.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. TradeIQ reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
TradeIQ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
